Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll gain hands-on experience inspecting precision CNC parts used in medical devices. You’ll learn to use precision measuring tools, read technical drawings, and ensure every part meets exact specifications. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections of machined components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.
- Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and CMM equipment.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Identify non-conforming materials and assist with corrective action processes.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures.
