As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring software products are reliable, accurate, and ready for client use. You will be responsible for testing SaaS applications, identifying defects, and helping development teams deliver high-quality releases with confidence. Working in a fast-moving software environment, you will combine hands-on testing expertise with strong attention to detail and effective collaboration. Your work will help prevent issues from reaching customers while supporting consistent product quality throughout the development lifecycle. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity suited to an experienced QA professional who can work independently and contribute meaningfully to software delivery. Accountabilities: - Test SaaS software products to verify functionality, reliability, accuracy, and overall quality. - Identify, document, and help track software defects and issues before they reach clients. - Support development teams in resolving quality issues and preparing reliable software releases. - Perform hands-on quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle. - Collaborate with technical teams to validate expected behavior and ensure software meets requirements. - Use Jira and Postman as part of testing, issue tracking, and API-related quality assurance activities. - Contribute to maintaining consistent testing and quality practices across software products. Requirements: - 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in Software Quality Assurance. - At least 2 years of experience working as an individual contributor.
