Job Description:

Role Summary

The Senior Test Lead will own the overall PACT testing strategy and coordinate functional, integration, regression, security, performance, accessibility, migration, SIT, and UAT activities through production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Testing Plan and test strategy.
• Define test scope, test scenarios, scripts, test data, entry/exit criteria, and traceability.
• Lead functional testing of all PACT case-management workflows.
• Coordinate integration testing with Medicaid enterprise systems, providers, Tribal partners, HIEs, and State systems.
• Validate APIs, batch interfaces, file exchanges, FHIR/USCDI transactions, and error handling.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing and support State UAT.
• Validate migrated/converted data through reconciliation and data-quality testing.
• Coordinate security and vulnerability testing with the Project Security Lead.
• Validate SSO, MFA, RBAC, session-management, and user-provisioning functionality.
• Coordinate performance/load testing against State performance requirements.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, retesting, regression testing, and closure evidence.
• Produce testing reports and release-readiness recommendations.
• Support cutover and post-go-live validation.

Preferred Recruiting Profile

• 8+ years of software QA/testing experience with 3+ years in a lead role.
• Healthcare/Medicaid/public-sector testing preferred.
• Strong experience with web applications, APIs, integrations, database/data validation, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Experience with performance/load and security-related testing.
• Azure-based application testing experience preferred.
• Healthcare integration/FHIR testing preferred.
