We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (spanish), motivated individual who is comfortable in a professional office environment and eager to build foundational skills in administration and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Support team members with scheduling and general project coordination.
